ENROLLMENT:

You may enroll in Florida Christian Academy at any time during the school year. Our Academy functions year round and you may begin studies at any time.

If you are beginning school in the fall we recommend you submit your application during the summer as soon as July 1, if possible, to avoid any delay in scheduling, testing, and delivery of your starting curriculum. Just complete the application form and make sure you sign the Agreement and mail it back with your $100.00 non-refundable registration fee. Make your check or money order to Florida Christian Academy. We will follow up by sending you a letter of acceptance and a Math and English Diagnostic Test.

Enrollment in Florida Christian Academy will be considered complete when we have received the registration form, the signed Parent agreement form, the completed diagnostic test if testing was done, and at least the first month's tuition has been paid.

Diagnostic tests must be returned within two weeks, if not, all the school records we have received will be returned to that school. Once you are enrolled, the diagnostic tests are scored, if needed, and at least your 1st month's tuition has been paid, we will contact you to inform you of the results of the testing, placement in subjects, go over procedures of our school for you to do at home, and then send you your first month's, quarter's, or full year's curriculum according to your order.

You do not need to be registered with the Superintendent of Schools in your county after you have enrolled with us. Through our Academy you are not "Home Schooling," but you function as an extension of Florida Christian Academy. When you withdraw your child from school, be sure to put down that they have been enrolled in a Private Christian School.
